    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Newman University part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Newman University allows students to work on campus to help pay for personal expenses. Some jobs are suited for said students particular field, others are more general

    Cons

The minimum wage is too low, at $7.25 and being a private catholic institution, a higher minimum wage could easily be doable

  2. "Horrible environment for staff - poorly run by leadership."

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Newman University part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Professors seem to care about students. Most students receive a solid education. Benefits are good for those that have worked there long-term.

    Cons

President does not care about staff, some departments are treated with extreme disrespect. Everyone is underpaid except the cabinet members. Many employees and management are allowed to get away with awful treatment of their peers and employees with no consequences. Quite a few employees don't do their job at all.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the people that don't care about the mission, students, or future of the school, including the president.
