      - need to communicate with oversea team(HK, Taiwan), if u doesn't know Cantonese will have some challenge when communicate with HK team. - don't have much benefit other than medical claim and some bonding lunch

      - no proper plan for career growth - management in malaysia here not great at all, boss doesn’t care about anything he just want results - work is boring and does not have you move forward to work long term
