I worked at NextNav full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great concept for positioning system, complete ability to create new tools and processes. Staff very wiling to help.

    Cons

Although the concept is great it is still in a start up phase and no existing customer.

    Advice to Management

Nothing to add great team and very flexible.

    I worked at NextNav full-time

    Pros

Nothing that I can think of

    Cons

No loyalty to anyone. Senior management is unaccountable to anyone. Laid off with terrible severance package while the founders friends all stayed on. Promised benefits required jumping through hoops to get. Company will probably run out of cash soon since there is no revenue in sight. The technology is late to market and competitors will eventually catch up.

    Advice to Management

    None. They won't listen anyway.

I have been working at NextNav full-time

    Pros

Pioneering disruptive indoor location technology for national deployment. Potential for leading a new technology into the wireless industry.

    Cons

Resources limited, so frustration with competent and momentum building development difficult at times. Excessive contracting.

    Advice to Management

Input from key technical experts across the company needs to improve with setting project and company goals.
