Some good people working there

Cons

documentation is all over the place. Processes vary on teams and locations. Some management really are grossly incompetent or unprofessional. Wages are a joke for office based staff and do not pay overtime yet they railroad you into having to stay back then offer TIL as an incentive which you never get to take, resulting in staff never getting back time spent working. There is a significant amount of additional hours worked by lower staff that management choose not to recognise so it is almost a given that new staff are taken advantage of in this space.

Pros

Nextt has a great values-focused culture to support people with disability to achieve their goals. It is an empowering workplace encouraging people to be themselves, engage in health and wellbeing, and connect with the meaningful work we do every day in all areas of the business. Flexible work, hybrid model, strong quality and safeguards team.

Cons

Over the years, the change and transformation of the executive leadership team has been a bit tumultuous and has blurred the lines of what the vision is for the future - both short-term and long-term. With a constant change in leadership, there seems to be a trickle-down effect with middle management shifting and changing often. With 'Committed' as one of our values, being committed to clients is strong, but being committed feels misaligned with what's actually happening in business roles and the internal changes affecting overall corporate services, Little reward and recognition. Low salary for office workers.
