Managers refuse to pay overtime to staff while they themselves receive OT bonuses (Sunshine List). Managers spend more time "hunting" their staff then they do developing. Make sure you don't suffer from anything mental health related or for that matter, physically because you will not be accommodated and in fact will be targeted.
