The environment is very negative and micro managed. This is not who’s a simple job where you’re just gonna sit and click or read a script to complete surveys you are assigned unattainable goals without any real opportunity to meet calling goals. This is a high stress fast paced negative and toxic call center environment there is no room for growth or support from leadership. Do not work here if you are a true professional looking to grow in a positive supportive environment.
