Pros
Experienced, knowlegdgeable people. Flexibility on hybrid/work from home.
Cons
There is a lack of care in the National Commercial team on advancing, mentoring, and growing people, especially people of color. There is currently 1 Client Business Partner who is a POC. And it took many years before she was recognized and promoted to that leadership role. There is only 1 Director level POC. And the other 3 POC on the national team were hired as entry level. They don't often promote nor encourage growth for diversity team members. A lot of the CBPs are white and past 55, with old school mentality around having diversity POVs and like to do and keep things status quo. They do not allow people to be their authentic selves, encouraging everyone to act a certain way in order to be promoted. Those who are more on the introvert side and work more behind the scenes are frown upon. The current CRO is rude and calls people out on meetings in a disrespectful way. He lacks people skills and just cares about the bottom line, not much about the people.
