      Pros

      Good place to learn as a beginner, lot of flexibility is given . Coworkers tend to be supportive .Salary is given on time

      Cons

      Management does not care about their employees , HR could be more responsive to requests . Office infrastructure is very poor. No canteen present. Most of the upper management do not have any idea what they're doing. Only interested in cost cutting

      Pros

      Great organisation for beginners to learn. Most of the seniors will help after showing off a bit of attitude.

      Cons

      Too much politics involved...thats why it still remained a startup and not an MNC after so many decades.
