Pros

The pros for me are as below:
* dressing up at work
*potential to make money if you are a great seller
*coworkers can be cool, in the office I was at there was generally positivity amongst coworkers

Cons

Okay, so this list will be much longer:
*constant changing of rules
*management is very unprofessional
*inadequate training for staff
*pay, if you're new to sales will be min wage
*literally you're always on the verge of getting fired-no security
*very catty and gossipy amongst management
*essentially you're selling dreams to people and they get little in return for their investment
*is a little scammy, so if you have a good conscious this isn't for you

    Pros

Only 3 Days open, Office has close restaurants near by

    Cons

Horrible management, who takes advantage of people that want to become famous. Upper management treats staff poorly, multiple offices closes, lawsuits and name changes. Have to meet sales goals.

    Advice to Management

Stop taking advantage of people. Why charge people money for something that is not true? Give people refunds if they request it!

    I worked at Nine9 full-time

    Pros

The job is simple and you get to meet alot of great people. Great for young adults just started out in life with not alot of responsibilities.

    Cons

You work ALOT hours. Only one day off. No holiday off. Pay is not the much even with commission because of the % number of enrollments. Its hourly vs. Commission. And if you dont make commission you get into trouble. They have alot of dumb rules regarding that as well.

    Advice to Management

The way you marketing you company is why your % of enrollments are low. You have a wonderful product that helps alot of people but you need to hire someone who knows how to market your business the right way so the public understands and dose not think its a scam. Because its truly not. I seen it first hand change lifes..
