    the kind of work is done in india nissan R & D is mainly based on the clearance check and feed back sheet preparation in digital phase.

    we are not getting complete exposure to end to end manufacturing of parts of car
    HR policies are not employee oriented

    Kindly consider indian also a nisaan employee and let them handle the end to end part manufacturing of few parts

    More emphasis should be put in keeping outstanding employees. Mid-level managers should also further encourage communication between executives and junior level employees
