    Pros

Noble was a wonderful company to work at. The people were helpful and friendly. The pay and benefits were top notch and the location was very convenient. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills and advance in your career. Not a bad work/life balance and some positions pay overtime.

    Cons

However, the highest levels of management created some problems and the company was forced to drastically downsize.

I worked at Noble Group Limited

    Pros

-Colleagues were always willing to share information if you showed curiosity. -Above industry-average pay. -At one time were industry leaders and therefore have good leadership at least on a regional level. Plus, means that the scale of work is a lot higher than other shops.

    Cons

-Rough times for the company who will soon not be operational in the US. -Nothing else; great company at the core of things.
