I have been working at Noble Network of Charter Schools full-time for less than a year
Pros
-Company actually follows through on DEI commitments
-Everyone is exemplary in their roles
-Growth mindset is the norm, not perfectionism
-Self-reflection is built into procedures and systems
-Expectations are clear and well supported
Cons
-It's a lot of work, but so is most work in education
I worked at Noble Network of Charter Schools full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
You can really focus on teaching; all disciplinary things are taken care of and you can be the content expert, focusing solely on that.
Cons
They work you so much that you'll burn out quickly. They have that business-like structure to get people in, but it took me years before I had the courage to get out.
