    Opportunity to work with varied people and talent.

    Recent misteps in the industry has lead to bad decisions and a huge reduction of workforce. They think this is the only to growth which is wrong.
    they don't listen to the people enough.
    They tend to promote before a person is ready for the role.
    A little too prideful in the corporate culture and this is leading to big mistakes.

    Advice to Management

    They need to listen more to the employess when it comes to company direction with their products. They need to learn to take risk again and get rid of some of the red tape.
    Continue to drive personal responsibility at ALL levels not just the lowest ones.
    Too many managers are getting away with horrible practices.
