I have been working at Nokia full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great workplace with descent perks. Nice people, very little office politics. Interesting work. Middle management is supportive of their reports.

    Cons

The company is in difficult financial times, and successful projects are often cut, while the company bets bit on poor projects. If you don't mind working on cool stuff that will never make it out the door this is fine; but if you want to ship products, expect them to get cancelled at the last minute.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work on company culture. Stop killing good technology for bad business reasons.
