    Pros

Flexible hours, work from anywhere in the world adhering to USA time (must live in USA for a few months of the year to maintain residency), PTO+paid sick time, quirky company spirit. You get to help people be healthier!

    Cons

The pay is pretty low for the education and experience levels of many coaches. There is no interaction with clients or coworkers "in person," although you see coworkers via Zoom roughly 1-3 times a week. Benefits have been improved in the past year, although they are still a bit high for the PPO option (worth it for those who have chronic illness). Burnout potential is high. It is difficult to navigate growth and measure work performance for yourself, and opportunities to earn more are few and far between. When given the opportunity to work holidays for busy season, the slots fill up within minutes because we all need more money.
