Pros

Fun yet challenging. Relationship building is great. Meeting and helping customers is very rewarding.

Cons

Retail Sales is commission only. You never know what your paycheck will be.

    Fashion forward, customer service driven, goal oriented.

    Cons

    too much politics. Managers always play favoritism and employees are too gossipy. Managers usually share peoples personal information.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on the real talent versus the people that have worked for company for a life-time and are real manipulators of the system. Look out for the designer department.

    benefits health and vision. 20% percent discount

    Cons

    it is a commission base only. so you need to put your best foot forward to succeed by building relationships and keeping them. they take back return which effects your paycheck.

    Advice to Management

    department managers need to give more information about new products. Managers need to build team morale not just sit in he back in be on their computers. The company needs more contest to win new items.
