Pros
I really enjoyed the culture of the company. Working in a high volume call center can be stressful at times. However, they definitely knew how to keep moral sky high. They have a great training program that teaches you the in and outs so you're not being thrown to the wolves. There's also flexibility in scheduling if there is available time for either leaving early or overtime.
Cons
This may be out of the companies hands, but some of the calls were quite stressful with extremely angry / upset customers and concerns that where out of your hands.
