Pros

Decent starting wages, health and life insurance, only a 4 day work week, willing to work with you when you need time off (provided you have PTO accured)

Cons

Lack of organization, very little advancement potential, no pay raises unless you change jobs, management is easy to complain but slow to praise, occurance system is broken, Favoratism by management.... the list goes on

Advice to Management

Learn how to organize work for your teams, learn to give a little praise and thanks more, stop playing favorites with the employees, work on making more advancement oppertunities

    Pros

Fair salary (although needed to push a bit when negotiated), good company contributions to social aspects (e.g., they compensated my family's health insurance). Liked travel their expenses compensation policy - you get a fixed daily amount regardless if you spend less. In case you spend more, you can submit detailed claim and get reimbursed.

    Cons

Very much Norwegian - i.e., if you are from and in Norway, you get more opportunities and benefits. I mean, this is not a discrimination, it's just that in Norway they got better policies for employees (probably, as the result of more social environment and gov politics). Haven't seen many opportunities for non-Norwegians get/been promoted to top positions.

    Advice to Management

Get more - ideally, up to 50% - non-Norwegian people in the top management and execs.
