    Pros

    Teaching and taking pride as students learned art and taking pride in what they acomplished or art awards won.

    Cons

    Non respect for teachers, low salaries, non raises, student violence on teachers. As I was assaulted by a student.

    Advice to Management

    Increase salaries, respect and protect teachers.

    Put people in management who know how to lead, who know how to do their job, and who know how to value and appreciate their staff.
