    Most transparent and highest integrity of any consulting company I've worked at
    Great culture and truly lives their values at all levels of the organization

    Cons

    compensation provides equitable distribution across levels and within levels. the structure could be altered to provide for additional incentives while maintaining desired distribution.

    Advice to Management

    continue to push the envelope of the consulting industry. don't be a follower.

    Pros

    Work life balance; Great clients with opportunities to do great work. Company focus on growing the people of the company is refreshing.

    Cons

    Growth of the company is causing some growing pains of not having processes in place to support the growth. It is a relationship based company so building those new relationships with key individuals can be diffcult for some people.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the culture of a small company even through growth. Look for ways to keep involving everyone when making key decisions affecting us.
