Pros

Great company with exceptional people and high quality work for our clients. Just finished annual meeting and charged up. Very positive momentum. This is our time.

Cons

We take too long to fix operational issues. Let's get it done this time.

Advice to Management

Investments look good but we need even more.

I have been working at North Highland full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Majority of the employees are genuine and hard working
    - Emphasis on community involvement
    - For the most part, limited travel
    - Generally, provide great value to the client

    Cons

    - Lower than industry standard salaries
    - Too much busy work outside the client engagements
    - Most VP’s are administrators with poor consulting acumen
    - Recent turnover of some of the strongest consultants
    - Due to the company’s focus on increasing sales, an undertone of back stabbing
has emerged in order to meet sales targets

    Advice to Management

    - Increase salaries by 25% for consultants across all levels and maintain the current
                    bonus structure
    - Remove some of the layers of executives (i.e., 2 Presidents, Multiple Group VP’s,
                    etc.)
    - Set VP utilization on projects at 30% to ensure that they have\maintain consulting
                    skills
