Pros

This is an IT staffing company that actually gets this business. They give you all the tools to be successful and allow you to bring in business that you actually enjoy working on. Realistic expectations for recruiters and account managers. Reward you for your success and provide help and training when you need it to become better at what you do.

Cons

Because of our success and growth we will need a larger office. When everyone is here and on the phone it can get loud.

Advice to Management

With the growth of TrueBridge Resources Inc. we need to start meeting more with our parent company North Highland to partnership on larger projects.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    - True work/life balance
    - No up or out
    - Benefits package/ 401K match
    - Employee-owned
    - Some sense of start-up atmosphere
    - There are some really, really great people here (which can keep you happy for a while!)

    Cons

    - If you want to cut your teeth on truly good work, instead of mediocre, boring crap, you have to defer compensation and still rarely get to do anything other than staff augmentation
    - Senior management is only concerned with company growth for the sake of growth
    - They do push women forward, but not at the top levels (unless you count HR, which I don't)
    - Clique-ish - favorites move forward faster
    - Very , very low compensation (unless you're willing to work 100%, in which case you're paid better, but still well below market levels)
    - Company is not involved in the community and still has pretty low name recognition

    Advice to Management

Listen to employee reviews instead of thinking that everyone is dispensable. This isn't the same company as it was 300 employees ago, and things need to change.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Smart people with deep relations at the client
    Great Client list
Stock Ownership for all employees with 20% vesting per year, 5 year max
30% annual revenue growth and stock value (30% per yr for last 15 yrs on avg)
Can make more here than at big 4 if you are good at the job
    Low travel (not no travel)
No up or out policy so if you love what you do and are good at it, you can stay here and do it
Compensation system weeds out those who are not a good fit

    Cons

With no up or out, people get frustraed when they do not get promoted.
Very limited pay raises for those who do not get promoted
It is hard to understand the variable pay - it does work as designed though. We all feel like owners that need to focus on doing the right things every day.

    Advice to Management

Stay focused on the culture. It is a very special company. Make sure all new executive promotions/hires "get it"
