    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

The salary and benefits are competitve.

    Cons

    1) Very weak middle management in many departments. 2) the morale is generally low and getting worse, it's a regulated company, and regulations brings many headaches, 3) NU is not a progressive company, and 4) management and HR tends to make up policy as they go along and vary interpretations according to the individual and situation.

    Advice to Management

    1) get rid of behavorial interviewing, which has put the wrong people in many positions who are good at BSing but lack leadership and other important skills, and 2) cut senior management (director and above) - the company is more top heavy than ever!
