I worked at Northeastern University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I had a great sales leader who would have been a great mentor had I wanted to pursue the sales track.

    Cons

The hierarchy did not lend much concern to the advancement of the entry-level folks. They didn't seem to concerned with cultivating talent.

    Advice to Management

Focus on all your employees. If you don't have time as a manager then hire someone to manage new recruits or employees who have been in the same position for more than 2yrs.
