I worked at Northern Trust full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The work atmosphere is great, and people quite friendly. You might even forget the pressure of the work, if you are lucky enough to have a team that knows to have fun, while achieving the deadlines.

    Cons

Due recognition doesn't always arrive at the right time, and the wait is not justified. Might feel left out, in spite of putting the best foot forward.
Working in shifts takes a toll on the health.
