    Pros

Salary, cutting edge technology, opportunities throughout the nation and work that has a noble cause towards the defense of the nation.

    Cons

Different sectors and the "good old boy" syndrome still prevail.

    Advice to Management

Once you are employed HR is useless. Nobody seems to have any idea what it takes to be promoted or the value of prformance reports. Lots of wasted time and energy.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Consistent paycheck and work is moderately challenging. The company has good benefits. There is a large infrastructure to deal with most issues.

    Cons

Too many office politics being played at most times. The real work done by rank and file engineer are often credited to mid-level managers with minimal skills. Section heads often do not communicate with rank and file unless you develop a 'kiss ass' relationship with them.

    Advice to Management

It is amazing this company is still in business. There are too many dead wood management on board. Those who are productive are often taken advantage of by the political gamesmanship.
