No opinion of CEO

I worked at Northrop Grumman full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Salary and benefits; technical expertise; leading edge opportunities; freedom to create

Cons

Impact of internal politics in management structure, and manager's desires for only brief descriptions of issues - makes management appear superficial; ignorant of customer needs for product support; concept that the product ends with engineering nad failure to recognize what it takes up front to make a product supportable after it's delivered. Short tem incentives drive long-term failure.

Advice to Management

Bring in more support experts (primarily maintenance and supply) from military services and experienced civil service wholesale logistics specialists and make their career paths as lucrative as are the engineering career opportunities
