I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

A lot of benefits and discounts for employees. I get pretty much anything I need electronic wise.

Cons

NO COFFEE. Constantly having to worry about layoffs since sequestration.

Advice to Management

Get coffee.
