Flexible working environment

Cons

No bench system after you are layoff or your project/contract end
Not much salary increases after annual review for last 2 years

    Pros

    Company has many brilliant engineers, scientists and technicians willing to share their knowledge to anyone with respect for others and a genuine interest to learn.

    Cons

    Helps to have a close friend or family member in management to move up in the company. Being Loyal to your leadership is a must..

    Advice to Management

    More interaction betwwen upper mangement and workere (surveys are nice, but don't take the place of a real face-to-face)

    Pros

    Good and well known company in the Washington D.C. area. They have good benefits and seem to pay in a fair range according to your expertise. Human resources work quickly to get you through the hiring process once you accept.

    Cons

    Government contracting world is not the most stable.
