I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Great shift and work hours

Cons

Too many benifits programs and not a person to ask questions about them. It's very automated.

Advice to Management

Ensure you have another employye to help finish inprocessing and answer any questions an employee may have right then and there.

I worked at Northrop Grumman part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Northrop Grumman is a great employer with generous benefits and very interesting work. The range of technical and engineering jobs spans a swath of disciplines that suit almost any recent grad interested in tec.

    Cons

As with all contracting companies, cutbacks and downturns come with risks. If a contact dries up, so does your job.

    Advice to Management

Work for your company, but don't forget your employees.

  2. "Great company overall"

    Pros

Full company benefits and regular raises. Groups are like separate companies almost.

    Cons

Quarterly review process is quite silly (setting goals for yourself but goals are whatever the contract is that you are working on).

    Advice to Management

    None
