I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

At Northrop we have a competitive initial salary and good fair managers.

    Cons

One possible downside is the lack of competitive raises once actually hired on.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Northrop Grumman full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Relatively good pay, decent facilities, plenty of opportunity to keep your life balanced with needs from home

    Cons

    - Lack of technical challenges for engineers. Several years at the company may yield 3-4 weeks of really fun challenging learning and work, and the rest is powerpoint and contract management.
    - Excessive bureaucracy and focus on acquisition accounting gets in the way of focusing on how to deliver value to customer (in this case the govt)

    Advice to Management

Start innovating and coming up with new products rather than trying to just try to keep dying contracts
