I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time (More than a year)

Pros

9/80 schedule is a healthy work/life balance
Compensation seems aligned with other like positions
Tuition assistance is $15K
401K Matching and Retirement Contributions are decent

Cons

Lots of consideration and discussion about consolidating position, downsizing
In the past year we've already lost previously paid holiday's to accommodate but the risk of additional cuts/people is still high
