I worked at Northrop Grumman full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Large integrator
A lot of opportunities to grow
    Pays very well

    Cons

Used to focus on the customer and employees, but now is more concerned about the stock holders. No longer a great place to work, it's now just a place to work.

    Advice to Management

You can still bring value to the stockholders and focus on the customer and your employees. Leadership treats the employees like assets and not fellow humans.

I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The travel is constant and the sites where you travel are interesting places. The technology is great.

    Cons

Political, must be in the "in" crowd at headquarters, poor benefits, fallen behind in salary increases, diversity has become a numbers game and definitely not employee friendly.

    Advice to Management

Who is there for the employee when HR is definitely part of your team.
