I worked at Northrop Grumman full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

They have a great work/life balance. They have put in place a lot on at work activities that help you stay healthy and stress free in the work place. They have an awesome cafeteria.

Cons

There were really no cons about this position. I enjoyed it immensely I wish I could have still been there but the contract ran out.

    I worked at Northrop Grumman as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Some Great coworkers, some good managers, flex time, 9/80 schedule. Very high pay

    Cons

    Distaine of contracted workers, poor management, few meetings/passdown, poor communications to lower level people, few opportunities to be hired:was told 6-8 months, was told I was high on the hire list, never hired, laid off

    Advice to Management

    Treat ALL workers equally and with respect? Educate your lower managers on good management techniques and communications
