    I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Pay is fairly competitive, benefits are pretty good, 9/80 schedule is a nice perk (if you can work it), and most work centers are flexible about work schedules/family commitments. Training depends upon your team lead and/or program.

    Cons

    Too much emphasis on the younger workforce. Believe it or not, there are employees with lots of experience who want to work in the company a few more years. So don't kick them to the curb in your zeal to overly coddle the new hires/grads/people in their 20s. It's true that the Millennial demographic is the future. But don't discriminate against more senior employees.
