    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Comprehensive benefits for all employees. The 401K isn't bad, but the match is 3%.

    Cons

Recent hires don't get a traditional pension plan. It's a contribution plan instead.

    Advice to Management

I think that the company ought to do profit sharing again. They stopped a number of years ago.

I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Fairly stable company that will work to keep you in the company when contracts are up. Benefits are good. Ability to move up within the company and career growth

    Cons

Technology can end up out of date when a contract extends for a long period of time. Not enough flexibility to update with the times. More time spent on writing documentation than code implementation. Were cutting as many costs as possible including the small perks that make the company work being at. Lost of mandatory overtime for certain teams.

    Advice to Management

    Show employees they are valued
