    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Salary was high. Education reimbursement available. "Brand" name on your resume.

    Cons

Salary frozen for two-years. Pencil exercise for reviews and engagement surveys. All talk of action and change to improve but nothing actually done. Management does not have any mechanism to here advice from the workers on improving their processes. They make decisions with no real knowledge of what really needs their attention.

    Advice to Management

    Listen.

I worked at Northrop Grumman full-time

    Pros

Enjoy working with upper management and engineers

    Cons

Lay-off +15-23 yrs experience engineers quietly in order to save upper management staff.

    Advice to Management

If you have choice to start your career somewhere else, try it first there. Down sizing defense budget, it is not advisable to join any defense contractors.
