I have been working at Northrop Grumman as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

I worked as an intern for Northrop over the summer and I was challenged, encouraged and well treated. I could not have asked for a better experience there. The people I worked with believed in their work and felt a moral obligation to make things right.

    Cons

I felt a lack of direction from upper management.

    Advice to Management

Diversify. A single contract for a particular branch of a company is nothing but a gamble.
