No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time (More than a year)

Pros

In the DoD contracting world it all depends on the team and program you're on. Luckily, I had a good team and worked on great programs. People were willing to help. Management allowed me to experiment.

Cons

Like many other jobs out there, work can get busy and you will find yourself working long days!

I worked at Northrop Grumman full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company values were impressive and I was always proud to say I worked at Northrop Grumman. Some of the leaders were excellent.

    Cons

Procedures somewhat bureaucratic. Too many tick boxes on the induction forma and not enough hands-on discussion of real-world requirements

    Advice to Management

I was generally happy with management though some managers were arrogant.
