I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time

    Pros

Very interesting work, empowered employees, engaged management, good work/life balance. Long product life cycles can mean job stability.

    Cons

A defense company in the middle of Silicon Valley. Long product cycles can mean that you don't gain transferrable experience pertinent to Silicon Valley companies. Pay is not necessarily equal to other Silicon Valley companies.
