    Pros

Decent salary, interesting work if you can wade through the BS to get to it

    Cons

A lot of deadwood. Feels very disorganized and most executives are aloof. Poor engineers are making the good ones quit.

I worked at Northrop Grumman full-time

    Pros

The Benefits and insurance options are on par with other companies. The 9 /80 work schedule was nice. Matching 401k program, tuition and school aides.

    Cons

No longer an employee valued company. Leadership seems to be based on profit. Locations act like different company. Lacks diversity regarding color. Many reductions in work budgets to reflect higher profits, yet all a while the company stock is at an all time high.

    Advice to Management

Value, train and maintain your employees.
