    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Middle Class "wellfare" jobs are getting more difficult to find. Northrup Grumman machine provides! Excellent medical benefits. Large identifiable and recognizable company.

    Cons

Unless you are personally in a great relationship with management, there is no "true" mentoring or sharing of information that promotes true growth. Best golf, drink, and go to the right church with the right people the right people.
Senior management... whats good for the goose is not good for the gander.

    Advice to Management

Get your hands dirty once in awhile. The distant culture promoted at NGC with upper management promotes the "machine" or cog in the wheel culture. It's like the "have" and "have nots" which definitely creates imbedded and passive resentment.
