Pros

There are a lot less annoyance, none work related bereaucratic things that you have to do in order to do a good job at work. You will mainly work on the things you're hired to do and virtually none on anything else.

Cons

No training. You will have to come in sharp on what you're hired to do.

Advice to Management

Create budget and pay more attention to employee development.

    Advice to Management

    Not every dollar of investment needs a business plan with an absolute dollar bottom line. Some critical company product designs becoming obsolete because of unwillingness to perform any blue sky investigations to discover new technologies they weren't aware of. These policies originate at the top.

    Pros

    Great work schedule, offered the 9/80 shift. Pay was good, easy to take time off when needed. Nice facility.

    Cons

    Lack of training and help from superiors. Poor feedback from management regarding performance. Are not adept at staying competitive. They were very top heavy with management for the amount of contracts awarded.

    Advice to Management

    Learn to treat employees with respect and off er help to new hires trying to find their way.
