-Free Epic Pass & access to all Epic/Vail Resorts -Work right on the mountain -More professional environment compared to other resorts -Gear, clothing, food & experiential discounts
Cons
-Not a lot of opportunities for career advancement -Difficult/long commute when you factor in weather, parking, resort / weather traffic, walking/taking bus from parking to walking through village & taking gondola up. -Pay has improved slightly but still not great
