    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Northwest FCU full-time

    Pros

Jeff Bentley has been named as CEO. He know longer is in an acting role. Employees see him as the individual who can bring Northwest back to its glory days of member excellence and employee appreciation. I have been told that he has similar qualities of the former (female) CEO before the one that tore everything apart (Chris McDonald). The new CEO seemed to have understood the plight of the employees and worked towards lifting them up while he was acting CEO. It is strongly believed that he will be the one to heal all wounds. The overall rating given is only because of the new CEO and the expectations of the accomplishment he will make and the anticipated actions he may take.

    Cons

Several management at the VP level up that were hired by and supported the former CEO, his behavior, and what he stood for and did to employees still remain in their positions; laying low and waiting for employees to forget the horrors suffered. They still on the down low attempt to carry on with what was occurring.

    Advice to Management

For the new CEO, Jeff Bentley. Keep hope alive that change will continue. Do not turn a deaf ear or become blind to what the employees inform you of and or what these reviews enlighten you on. Fears and mistrust still exist because of those from the bad times still remaining and being allowed to do what was done in the past. Beware of the wolves in sheep skin.
