    Pros

Internal clinic available to staff and immediate family, onsite gym and pool facilities, entry level positions, students keep the place lively, Caribou on site, Only need 30 hours to be full time and benefit eligible

    Cons

Pay could be better and they do not negotiate, Culture and environment is negative sometimes, boy's club management, say they want to change but are resistant to new ideas, tuition reimbursement cut by over 60% for 2018, too close knit to the point where criticisms are not taken seriously.

Don't be afraid to make some serious changes, hold people accountable and stop brushing matters under the rug, communication goals and plans with employees

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Northwestern Health Sciences University full-time

    Pros

This is an organization that is transforming itself in many ways, and understands that it is important to build on a strong foundation and positive reputation as a chiropractic school, yet build for the future, with a focus on integrative health and wellness. The culture is positive, with many engaged students and hard working faculty and employees.

    Cons

There have been many changes in recent years, and the new organization is continually building. For some, these changes have been difficult and there is a small amount of apprehension or even negativity remaining.

    Advice to Management

Increased communication to help understand the changes as well as the evolving marketplace.
