    Pros

As an intern and as a full-time rep, they give you all the tools that you need to succeed in running a small business. The culture in the office is great and the people there are always lending a helping hand (joint work) and giving you advice. Management is great and they really keep you honest as far as the work that you are doing and what you need to do to get there. Training is obviously one of their strong points, being a top 10 internship and a Forbes 100 company doesn't happen on accident. Flexible career, with the choice to create your own schedule and salary. HANDS DOWN BEST PRODUCTS IN THE INDUSTRY. No disputing that. If you are interested in learning how to become professional, this is a great start. You can only learn so much from reviews. If you are in a position to interview or go full time with this company, I suggest that you go ahead and learn for yourself.

    Cons

On the other side of the coin, if you are looking to hit pay dirt right off the bat, you might be barking up the wrong tree.100% commission. In training they will tell you all about how much money you make, what it takes to make it and the lifestyle people with the company live. All these things are possible...just 3% likely. Be realistic with your goals and work ethic. Be prepared to scrounge up every name you've ever heard in your life, call strangers, be rejected and keep on going down the list. Right out of college this could be brutal, working long hours and on occasion, not receiving a red cent (actually owing them for office charges) for a month or two. For many the experience of calling loved ones and close friends can be unsettling and awkward. The employee turnover rate (80%+ in first year) is high for a reason. In those that leave, I have seen people that just aren't a right fit (it's not for everyone which is OK), and those who are not self motivated and dedicated (they will tell you it's the latter of the two). Either way, it's no stroll in the park.

    Advice to Management

-Great job with the overall culture of the office and keeping the values of the company. Great training.
    - Give some breathing room to new reps (besides bonuses and signing values)
