I have been working at Northwestern Mutual full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Very kind, professional staff. Treating everyone with respect...no matter the circumstances.

Cons

The business model requires you to work there forever in order to receive full benefits. Didn't fit my long term plans.

Advice to Management

Reconsider some of the requirements for continued employment.
