    I have been working at NortonLifeLock full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Good work environment. Great team. Good benefits. Get to work on latest technologies (can't say the same for all teams).

    Cons

    Pays way below market value. Hikes are horrible. There were years when the hikes were about $60 a month. Promotions are not merit based. Lots of favoritism and nepotism.
