    I worked at NortonLifeLock full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    - relaxed work environment - come late, leave early, long lunch - read news or watch movies - working for recognized name

    Cons

    - low pay after all those years of decline - dysfunctional work environment - lots and lot of politics. Only who you knows gets you somewhere - it really doesn't matter what you do or accomplish - takes a long time, like a year for any new features to get to customer if at all
